As part of our commitment to whole patient wellness, Stepping Stones offers Pilates, Tai Chi and Postpartum exercise classes.

Pilates

Pilates improves flexibility, balance and builds core strength. It emphasises correct posture, alignment, breathing and isolating core muscles. The exercises can be modified to suit beginners.

I have been teaching Pilates for 15 years primarily using floor / mat work.

Shea

Postpartum Exercise

Move with Shea Plus is for women who are ready for greater stability, strength and cardio challenges.

A pre-assessment is essential to ensure you maximise the gains and benefits this class has to offer.

Cost: $25 to $30 per class

Gary

Tai Chi and Beginner Qijong

Gary has been Tai Chi since 1989 and has been involved in some for of martial arts since the age of 11.
